Logistics Manager

An international company specializing in the analysis and development of portable devices in the consumer electronics market is looking for a professional to join its team for the position of a Logistics Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience with top carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, EU Post, EMS, Meest, and others.
• Knowledge of Incoterms product supply types.
• Prior experience in similar positions.
• Understanding of product coding and classification according to KVED, HS codes.
• Awareness of basic regulatory restrictions imposed by carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with procurement organization, monitoring deliveries, and handling documentation.
• Calculating customs duties.
• Managing international trade contracts for product supply.
• Organizing logistics across China, the US, and Europe.
• Coordinating work with intermediaries and freight forwarders.
• Overseeing document workflow for shipments.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in customs clearance organization.
• Direct experience in import/export declaration filing.

Work Conditions:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday off).
• Salary: Based on interview results.
