POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

AMC Bridge is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Assistant to support various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing and managing company objectives, supporting Business Development and Board activities, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

LOCATION: Ukraine (remote)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

1+ year of experience in an administrative, operations, or business development support role.

EDUCATION: 

BS or MS in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.  

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and other relevant software (Salesforce, Power BI)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (both written and spoken, for team communication)

DUTIES: 

Company Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Support:

  • Develop and implement OKR frameworks to align company goals with individual performance
  • Facilitate OKR workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding and effective usage by teams
  • Monitor and analyze progress towards key results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set ambitious yet achievable objectives
  • Manage regular check-ins and reviews to keep teams accountable and motivated towards their OKRs
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement

Business Development Management Support:

  • Conduct health checks on open opportunities
  • Provide regular updates on sales forecasts
  • Manage contracts, including templates and adding them to corporate systems
  • Update workflows as needed
  • Perform other administrative and clerical support tasks as required
