Seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute email campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and build brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing tools, best practices, and data analytics to create impactful campaigns, experienced in setting up platforms among the team.

Luxury Lifestyle Awards is one of the international leaders in its field from 2008. It is one of the main projects of Luxury Brand Consulting LLC (New York, USA).

• A/B Testing
• Analytics & Reporting

• Tool Management
• Strategy Development

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in email marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), HTML/CSS for email templates, and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of email analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Creative Skills: Ability to create compelling copy and collaborate on visually appealing designs.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in campaign execution.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams.

Main goals:
- To set up user friendly platforms for Inbound/ Outbound campaigns, newsletters.
- To set up user platform for PR team/ Sales Team
- Prepare strategies and campaigns

Project base position ( 2-4 months)- after on support or on purpose.
Full time position.
