The Role 

Join our in-house SEO team at 365svc - a growing provider of diversified home services across the USA. We are looking for a Middle to Senior Individual Contributor who realizes that the future of search isn’t just Google Blue Links, it’s Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI Search, and Large Language Models (LLMs).  

This is a hands-on role for a specialist who wants to own their projects. We need someone who doesn’t just "use" ChatGPT, but designs strategic, scalable processes to dominate the SERPs. If you are obsessed with understanding how LLMs perceive brand entities, enhancing efficiency through smart workflows, and driving growth in the era of Generative Search, this is where you belong. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. AI-Driven Content Production (The Core Focus): 

• Scale High-Quality Content: You will leverage LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to generate comprehensive service pages and blog posts. You have responsibility for the quality of the content, from tone and accuracy to semantic coverage and E-E-A-T. 

• Content Refreshing: Identify decaying content, gaps in topical authority, and rewrite/update our pages to regain top positions.  

2. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): 

• Entity-Based SEO: Shift focus from "Keywords" to "Entities." You will build content that establishes our topical authority in the Home Services niche.  

• Optimize for Answer Engines: Strategically optimize our content structure to ensure our websites are cited in AI answer engines and platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. 

3. Automation & Workflows (A Growth Area): 

• Scalable Efficiency: Identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with "No-Code/Low-Code" workflows (e.g., n8n or Make). You will plan and oversee the configuration of AI workflows to autonomously handle tasks like competitor research and content outlining.  

4. Data Analysis & Optimization 

• Performance Measurement: Conduct ongoing, in-depth analysis of data from Google Search Console (GSC) and GA4 to accurately track the results of AI and GEO strategies.  

• Opportunity Identification: Translate performance data into actionable insights, identifying new growth opportunities, content gaps, and areas for optimization.

• Technical Collaboration: Provide clear, actionable suggestions to development teams for optimizing overall website structure, including mobile/desktop UX, site speed, and technical SEO compliance. 

Qualifications 

Must-Haves: 

• 3+ Years SEO Experience: You know the fundamentals (On-page, Off-page, Technical, Local SEO) inside and out, with a strong emphasis on Semantic SEO and entity-based optimization. 

• AI Power User: You have moved beyond simple prompts. You know how to apply advanced techniques to steer the AI for different use cases and force it to write like a human expert, not a generic bot.

• Quality Content Driven: You understand that automation is useless if the output reads like spam. You have a sharp eye for editing and improving AI-generated text. 

• Automation Mindset: You look for new ways to increase efficiency through automation and building scalable processes.

• English Fluency: pper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. Essential for reviewing US-market content and writing nuanced prompts.

Nice-to-Have (Optional): 

• Automation & API Experience: Experience in using automation tools (n8n, Make, or Python) and working with LLM APIs/developer environments (e.g., OpenAI playground) to speed up workflow. 

• Local SEO Mastery: Experience managing multi-location and local service-based websites, including hands-on experience with Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB). 

• Advanced Technical SEO: Hands-on experience with structured data (Schema) markup and understanding of Knowledge Graph concepts to support GEO efforts. 

• Industry Expertise: Experience in the Home Services niche.
