What you’ll be doing:

We believe professionalism comes from complete immersion in the process. That’s why our Lead Generation team handles client search, and your role will be to:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients across different communication channels;
  • Conduct preliminary research on potential clients, gathering information about their companies and assessing their potential;
  • Identify the client’s needs and effectively communicate the value of our design services;
  • Qualify leads and schedule calls with the sales manager for those who match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
  • Prepare background materials on potential clients before their call with the sales manager;
  • Keep track of the lead status and progress in the CRM system to ensure an efficient sales pipeline.
