Head of Group Finance

AllRight/EnglishDom is a group of 2 English language schools with legal entities in 4 countries (Cyprus, USA, Estonia, Ukraine), 300 employees, 30000 students, and 1500 teachers.  We seek a Head of Finance to coordinate the group's financial, legal, and tax activities. We are looking for a person who can improve existing processes and build new ones from scratch.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance who will drive and contribute ideas to our processes.

The role requires frequent communication, deep involvement in various processes, delegation, and oversight of most tasks. However, certain responsibilities will require hands-on execution and direct support to subordinates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the finance and legal team of 10 people, primarily working with 2 team leads. Reporting to the team CEO and working closely with department heads.

• Maintaining, timely filing, and auditing of financial and tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Improving processes for its maintenance.

• Optimization of financial flows. Financial control of expenses and financial transactions and finding ways to minimize financial losses, including redirecting financial flows, connecting new payment systems and optimizing taxes, interacting with providers, and working to improve conditions.

• Risk management, identifying financial, legal, tax, and management risks at an early stage and working to prevent them. Including a search for and engagement of external contractors, consultants, and auditors, timely hiring and firing of employees, compliance, and diligence.

• Coordinate the restructuring of a holding of 2 companies with the involvement of an external contractor and participation in attracted rounds of investments and M&A.
  
  

For successful performance, you will need:

• Experience at an IT company in a similar position for at least 2 years.

• Expertise in tax and international accounting (USA, Estonia, Cyprus).

• Experience in restructuring and M&A processes.

• Managerial experience – at least 5 direct reports.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives.

• High level of stress tolerance and adaptability to dynamic business challenges.

• Higher education (Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Audit). ACCA – full qualification or active studies (preferred).
