What to do?

Ensuring effective management of the global supply chain and logistics processes of an IT solutions distributor in the field of information security.

The manager is responsible for timely deliveries in various regions, continuity of supply, compliance with contractual obligations, optimization of logistics processes, and resolution of logistics incidents.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of logistics and supply of IT products.

• Coordinating work with international solution manufacturers, regional offices, partners, and service centers.

• Monitoring delivery times, tracking shipments, maintaining documentation for customs clearance (in cooperation with brokers).

• Resolving logistics incidents: delays, replacements, warranty shipments, export/import restrictions.

• Interaction with the finance and operations department to control delivery terms.

• Management of international transportation: organization of interaction with third-party transport companies and customs brokers.

• Preparation and verification of accompanying transport and customs documents.

• Ensuring that transportation complies with safety requirements and company standards.

• Obtaining export licenses in EU countries.

• Managing RMA logistics processes in different countries.

• Analyzing and optimizing supply chains to reduce costs and improve efficiency (tariffs, routes, etc.).

• Preparing analytical reports.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in international logistics and supply chain management (preferably in distribution).

• Knowledge of customs and export procedures

• Knowledge and experience in applying EU and US export legislation

• Knowledge of the basics of 3PL companies

• High level of English (not lower than B2).

• Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, result-oriented.

• Excellent communication skills

• Understanding of the basics of international contract law.
