Investment Analyst (Renewables)

? Higher economic/financial education;
? Knowledge of the English language — Advanced;

? The ability to prioritize, analyze, and resolve complex issues under time pressure while maintaining consistent attention to detail;
? An organized, diligent, self-reliant, and self-motivated approach to responsibilities;
? A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with colleagues across the company and with external parties;
? Advanced user of Power Point, Excel;
? Work experience in financial, audit and investment companies.
Your duties will be:
? Supporting team of M&A transactions of RES projects (solar, wind, storages, hydrogen) under different development stage;
? Conducting researches of potential partners and investors, financial institutions for attracting investments;
? Internal investment analysis, preparation of financial models and reports;
? Conducting continuous analytical studies of the energy market, analysis of trends in the development and operation of this industry on the Ukrainian and European markets, valuation fundamentals, incl. country-entry studies and regular monitoring of legislation;
? Preparation of all necessary reports and documents for consideration by management.
