Finance Controller / Manager
The Finance Controller / Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning. This role involves managing accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
• Oversee financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Strategic Planning & Risk Management
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business growth.
• Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Assess cost structures and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage investment analysis and financial feasibility studies.
Operational & Process Management
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Improve financial systems, policies, and internal controls for operational efficiency.
• Optimize ERP and financial reporting tools for better data analysis.
Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred).
