Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in design
• Strong conversational English (must)
• Curiosity
• Passion for design
• Experience working with product growth teams and live digital products

• Facilitation skills
• Quick decision-making and adaptability

• Critical thinking and a broad knowledge base (general erudition)

Product Design Hard Skills:
• UX research methods, including market research and user interviews
• Product strategy
• A/B testing, usability testing
• Usability principles, user-centric mindset
• Experience with key metrics: Google Analytics, Clarity
• Interface design, design concepts
• Interactive design, micro animations
• Advanced prototyping with Figma
• Design systems
Nice to Have:
• Branding and iconography expertise
• Illustration skills
• Basic motion design knowledge
• Experience designing for AR/VR
• Gestures
• UX micro-copywriting in English
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles
What You’ll Do:
• Lead product planning and create design process proposals
• Conduct UX research
• Interface design
• Contribute to visual design when needed
• Communicate closely with stakeholders and decision-makers
• Collaborate with designers, design leads, project managers, and development teams
