Role Objective 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer with a strong technical background to map and document our system architecture. This is a one-time project with the potential for future collaboration to maintain up-to-date documentation.
You will work closely with our CTO and lead developers to explore, document, and explain system functionality, supporting both internal teams and future developers.

Requirements 

• Experience: 3+ years as a Technical Writer in a software development environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and system components.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to create structured, well-organized system documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical reports.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze complex systems and produce clear, precise documentation.
• Collaboration: Experience working with CTOs, developers, and technical teams to extract and document system insights.

Responsibilities 

• System Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical notes to illustrate system architecture and component interactions.
• Technical Research: Work closely with CTO and lead developers to gather and clarify system functionality details.
• Content Structuring: Write clear, concise, and well-organized documentation for internal teams and future developers.
• Future Updates: While this is a one-time project, explore options for periodic documentation updates as the system evolves.
