UI/UX Designer (part-time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience in designing a wide range of digital products - from simple marketing websites to complex enterprise and financial platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging, user-friendly designs.

This part-time role will be cross-project, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to various initiatives, including enterprise solutions, fintech applications, industrial monitoring systems, real estate platforms, and web portals. You may also be involved in pre-sales activities, helping to shape initial concepts and UI/UX approaches for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, analyze client needs, and create user personas to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and improve usability.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces with a focus on accessibility and usability.
• Adapt designs to suit different types of projects, from simple landing pages and corporate websites to complex, data-driven financial platforms and enterprise applications.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and clients to ensure alignment on design objectives and user experience goals.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across projects.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing UI/UX concepts, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
• Explore and utilize AI tools to optimize design workflows and enhance user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs for maximum efficiency and engagement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across different project types, from simple websites to enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus (but not required).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple projects in a part-time capacity.
• Experience in designing for enterprise applications, fintech, or SaaS platforms, as well as simpler marketing websites.
• Prior experience in pre-sales activities (UI/UX concept creation for proposals) is a plus.
• Experience working with AI-powered design tools is a bonus.
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
