Manual QA Engineer

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Ability to manage the quality assurance process across two projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team across different time zones
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
- Experience in:
- Test design and test analysis
- Testing documentation (test plans, test cases, test reports)
- Requirement validation and ensuring completeness
- Testing Web-based applications, Web services, and Mobile applications
- Testing reports and large datasets
- API testing
- Agile methodologies
- SQL (queries, data validation)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and checklists to ensure functional requirements are met
- Identify, document, and track defects, analyze issues, work with databases, and compose comprehensive bug reports
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure thorough testing
- Conduct regression testing to confirm that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to uphold high-quality standards
- Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to support the QA process
- Engage in discussions during client meetings to provide insights and feedback
