Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical or scientific background and a proven track record in sales, for example in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry. This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with exclusive distributors and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential exclusive distributors and retail clients.
- Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements and manage revenue.
- Manage and support existing distributor and retail relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide product training and support to distributors and retail clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (D-r) or advanced degree in a related scientific field.
- Experience in sales, for example in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry or the strong desire to develop as a Sales Professional
- A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and beauty market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Deal Maker mentality.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
- Other languages are an advantage
