Customer Success Manager (AI / IT)
LScale operates in the field of AI-driven business process automation and software solution implementation for international clients across the United States and Europe.
As we expand our team, we are looking for a Client Success Manager / Customer Success Manager who will support clients during the implementation and launch of AI solutions.
This is not a sales position. All clients are already prepared for implementation.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with company clients (online calls in English)
Conducting onboarding calls and clarifying client requirements
Supporting clients throughout the AI solution implementation phase
Coordinating solution launches together with the technical team
Documenting information and statuses in the CRM system
Sending follow-up messages and aligning next steps with clients
Requirements:
Experience working with clients (Client Success, Support, Account Manager, or similar roles)
Conversational English (working with international clients)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with information in a structured and organized manner
Responsibility and strong organizational skills
Higher education is not required
Nice to have:
Experience with IT or SaaS products
Understanding of CRM systems
Experience working with international clients
