Middle UX/UI Designer (SaaS / Fintech / Crypto / AI)

Job Description
We are a Czech digital product design company looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer who can structure complex products and design clean, functional interfaces for SaaS, fintech, and crypto platforms.

You should be able to think independently, build clear product logic, and understand where AI features can improve the user journey — conceptually, not technically (recommendations, automation, insights, reducing unnecessary steps).

A portfolio with real, live projects is required.

You will need to present your work during the interview and explain how your solutions were created.

You will work on dashboards, mobile apps, financial tools, and AI-enhanced interfaces for clients around the world, with a strong focus on the US market.

Responsibilities

• Build user flows, information architecture, and product logic

• Identify where AI features add value and simplify user experience

• Design clean and scalable UI systems for SaaS, fintech, and crypto projects

• Create responsive layouts and structured component libraries in Figma

• Simplify complex data and turn it into usable interface patterns

• Collaborate closely with the product lead on hierarchy and flow decisions

• Deliver development-ready UI screens with consistent structure
  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design

• Strong portfolio with SaaS, fintech, or dashboard-focused projects

• Portfolio must include real, shipped products or live work

• Excellent knowledge of Figma (components, component states, auto-layout)

• Ability to design user flows and UX logic from scratch

• Understanding of how AI can enhance UX (conceptual, not technical integration)

• Clean, structured visual style and strong attention to detail

• English level sufficient for occasional client calls, project discussions, and brainstorming

• Registered private entrepreneur (sole proprietor) is required for contract and payment purposes

Hiring Process

First stage: Call with the Founder — review of portfolio and discussion of your work.
Second stage: Test task — focused on thinking, logic, and structure.
