Purchasing Agent (Remote Position)

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Purchasing Agent to help our company make profitable purchases of goods and services in US company.
We believe that what matters most is your willingness to learn, and be a part of our team, attention to detail, and interest in procurement and analytics.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work comfortably from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research suppliers and identify the best offers on the market.
• Participate in negotiations, contract preparation, and purchase coordination.
• Monitor the quality of goods and delivery timelines.
• Prepare reports on purchases and expenditures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier databases.
• Contribute to improving procurement processes and optimizing costs.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of procurement.
• Proactivity, responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
• Educational background or experience in economics or accounting will be an advantage.
• Confident PC user; proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication and information management skills.
• Good writen and spoken English
