C1 Transport is an American logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides car hauling services throughout the US. ?
Due to company growth and development, we are looking for a motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team in the Kyiv Office. ?In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL A drivers while ensuring full DOT/FMCSA compliance.
Key responsibilities:?
- source and recruit experienced CDL drivers through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- conduct screening interviews.
- coordinate interviews, drug tests, safety checks, and onboarding.
- collect and verify all required documents (CDL, MVR, medical card, work history).
- work closely with Safety and Operations to ensure timely hiring and driver readiness.
- maintain candidate pipeline and provide regular hiring reports.
Requirements:
e?xperience recruiting CDL drivers (Car Haul, flatbed, stepdeck)- understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
- strong communication and organizational skills.
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Afternoon schedule: 15:00–00:00, with 1 hour for relocation.?
