IT Project Manager (with AI Awareness)

We are a dynamic and growing  fintech group operating across multiple international markets. Our core focus lies in managing two high-impact projects:

• A   crypto-related platform focused on cutting-edge blockchain applications.
• A   multi-language educational site specializing in professional development content for global learners.

With team members spread across the globe, we are currently seeking an     experienced IT Project Manager who brings structure, vision, and strong leadership to our evolving tech environment.

About the Role

This is a newly created position    aimed at bringing order and efficiency     to our development processes. Currently, our IT structure is somewhat disorganized due to rapid growth and project diversification. 

We're looking for a professional who not only manages complex projects but also   establishes solid workflows, team structures, and standards    across all tech-related initiatives.

You'll be the     bridge between developers and the business , translating technical language into actionable plans for non-tech stakeholders, all while keeping projects on track and ensuring top-notch quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and prioritize multiple concurrent development projects across crypto and educational platforms.
• Work closely with developers to translate business goals into technical deliverables .
• Set up clear documentation, project timelines, sprints, and forecasting models.
• Identify and resolve bugs , bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in collaboration with QA and DevOps.
• Bring structure and oversight to the IT department — including workflows, communication channels, and task delegation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate data governance and privacy regulations across all development processes.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI trends , assess their relevance, and propose implementation where beneficial.
• Act as a cross-functional communicator , ensuring alignment between product, content, marketing, and tech.
• Track team performance and manage internal/external developer assignments and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager in a fintech, edtech, or SaaS environment.
• Solid technical foundation — understanding of common programming languages (eg, Python, JavaScript, PHP), architecture, APIs, databases, and DevOps principles.
• Experience working with global distributed teams and managing outsourced developers or tech agencies.
• Ability to conduct bug testing, coordinate fixes, and document outcomes effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strict adherence to deadlines and delivery milestones .
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
• Strong awareness of AI trends , their practical applications, and implications for business operations and user experience.
• Deep understanding ofdata privacy, GDPR , and corporate-level security practices.
• Exceptional communication skills – capable of speaking both “developer” and “business.”

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in AI-driven product environments.
• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto-related ecosystems.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
