We are a fast-growing transportation and logistics company operating across the USA, and we’re currently looking for a motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and reports
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with financial planning and budgeting
Requirements:
- Experience in accounting or administration is a plus, but not required — we provide training
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
- English proficiency — Intermediate to Advanced
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player
Work Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Office-based position
