Our client a leading international real estate agency, is hiring a Sales Manager to work in a collaborative environment.
Become part of a professional team where teamwork is key! You will work closely with developers and handle high-demand international real estate sales in the MENA region (UAE, Turkey, Egypt, etc.). With a clear workflow, a strong CRM system, and a steady stream of leads, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
Here’s what you’ll get:
- Fixed schedule from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Work in a professional sales team with ongoing training and mentorship.
- Close Collaboration with Developers to stay updated on the best property deals and offers.
- Work with high-demand real estate in the MENA region, selling to investors and homebuyers worldwide.
We're looking for:
- Sales expertise (SPIN, AIDA, objection handling)
- Experience in real estate sales (2+ years), preferably in the international market
CRM & Trello proficiency - Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, and English (Polish is a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
