Allmatics is looking for a Tender Manager with experience preparing both Ukrainian and international tender proposals. We seek a professional who is ready to take responsibility for managing tender processes and contribute to the company’s growth by securing new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Tender/Grants Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in participating in Ukrainian and international tenders/grants.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for proposal preparation and communication with international partners.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and legal requirements for tender/grant documentation.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, marketing, and sales to create effective tender proposals (as a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting comprehensive tender/grant proposals on behalf of the company for participation in Ukrainian and international tenders/grants.
- Analyzing tender/grant requirements and ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural standards.
- Coordination of the tender/grants process, including documentation, budgeting, and deadline management.
- Monitoring tender platforms and identifying new business opportunities for the company.
- Collaborating with technical, marketing teams, and the sales department to gather necessary information.
- Maintaining and updating the database of submitted tenders/grants and their outcomes.
- Continuously improving the quality of proposals based on feedback and industry best practices.
