We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Agent with knowledge of the Turkish language to join our team and work with clients in the IGaming niche. Your main task will be to engage with clients and transfer them to the team for further support.
Responsibilities:
- Working with both hot and cold leads (calls and messaging).
- Consulting clients, presenting the product, and motivating them to use the platform.
- Handling objections and providing a personalized approach to each client.
- Maintaining records in the CRM system.
What We Expect:
- Excellent command of the Turkish language (mandatory).
- Experience in the IGaming niche.
- Strong communication skills via phone and messaging apps.
- Ability to persuade effectively and close deals.
- Responsibility and the ability to work with different types of leads (hot and cold).
