An international IT company (3000+ specialists) is announcing a competition for the position of Head of the recruiting department.
Duties:
- Analysis and formation of candidate search strategy.
- Optimization of hiring system processes.
- Producing the most efficient and appropriate recruiting channels and methods.
- Ensuring the high quality of hiring.
- Managing recruitment team and process in the company.
- Interaction with heads of projects and departments.
- Analytics.
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics.
- Assessing external labor market conditions, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes.
- Monitoring the activities of service providers and evaluating their performance.
- Recruitment budget control
- Managing recruitment marketing.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in managing a department and training subordinates (at least 10 people).
- Good understanding of IT labor market
- Experience in communication with foreign stakeholders (preferably)
- Leadership qualities, analytical mindset, ability to make decisions in non-standard situations.
- High level of self-organization and responsibility.
- Higher Education.
- Knowledge of English language at the Upper-Intermediate level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
