An international IT company (3000+ specialists) is announcing a competition for the position of Head of the recruiting department.

Duties:

  • Analysis and formation of candidate search strategy.
  • Optimization of hiring system processes.
  • Producing the most efficient and appropriate recruiting channels and methods.
  • Ensuring the high quality of hiring.
  • Managing recruitment team and process in the company.
  • Interaction with heads of projects and departments.
  • Analytics.
  • Keeping track of recruiting metrics.
  • Assessing external labor market conditions, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes.
  • Monitoring the activities of service providers and evaluating their performance.
  • Recruitment budget control
  • Managing recruitment marketing.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in managing a department and training subordinates (at least 10 people).
  • Good understanding of IT labor market
  • Experience in communication with foreign stakeholders (preferably)
  • Leadership qualities, analytical mindset, ability to make decisions in non-standard situations.
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility.
  • Higher Education.
  • Knowledge of English language at the Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
