As we expand our sales team, we’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base via LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach. If you’re a KPI-driven sales professional with experience in outbound lead generation, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and engage potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, and email outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth prospect research to craft hyper-personalized messages.
  • Manage up to 300-400 leads simultaneously during nurturing phases, with quarterly priority reviews.
  • Qualify leads and set up sales calls for the Sales Manager.

Client Engagement & Nurturing

  • Handle initial client communication, uncovering their needs and pain points.
  • Build nurturing sequences using valuable content (industry news, case studies, client-specific triggers).
  • Use call-to-actions (CTAs) that spark conversations and always include open-ended questions.

CRM & Sales Funnel Management

  • Track all lead interactions in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Update lead statuses (Interested, Objection, Nurturing, Disqualified) and maintain accurate data, including lost dates.
  • Monitor performance, overdue tasks, and suggest improvements to outreach processes.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 1.5+ years in outbound sales, preferably in mobile app development, software development, or IT services.
  • Proven success in LinkedIn and Upwork lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with email outreach automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

Skills

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+) to communicate confidently with international clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and messaging personalization skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of leads while staying organized and focused.

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) & Expectations

We are looking for an SDR who is aligned with industry benchmarks:

  • 25+ MQLs per month.
  • 5+ SQLs per month.
  • Interested Reply to MQL Conversion: 40-50%.
  • MQL to SQL Conversion: 15-30%.
  • Nurtured Leads to MQL Conversion Rate: 0.1-0.3%.
  • New vs. Nurtured MQL Ratio: 50/50, 30/70, or 10/90 depending on stage.
  • Zero overdue tasks on a weekly basis.

  • LinkedIn, Upwork – lead sourcing & outreach.
  • Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Helper, Snov.io, Snow.io – automation & prospecting.
  • HubSpot (CRM) – pipeline and lead management.
  • Email Outreach Tools – personalized and automated email sequences.
  • Lavender.ai, Omnimind – messaging optimization.

Your 6-Month Success Roadmap

Month 1: Build outreach rhythm, generate 1,500+ new contacts.
Month 2-3: Consistently deliver 8-12 MQLs per month, initiate nurturing pipelines.
Month 4-6: Achieve 20-25 MQLs per month, maintain a healthy balance of new and nurtured leads, and align with conversion benchmarks.
