Your Role: Lead Electrical BIM
- Lead development, coordination, and delivery of Electrical BIM models from start to finish—ensuring top compliance and best practices.
- Guide your BIM team with tech support, quality checks, and hands-on mentorship for spot-on results.
- Team up with mechanical, architectural, and structural pros for clash-free coordination.
- Run model audits, data checks, and QC to keep everything rock-solid.
- Create BIM docs like execution plans, reports, schedules, and slick presentations.
- Integrate with tools like Navisworks, Revit, and clash detectors for seamless delivery.
- Spot process gaps and drive improvements for faster, smarter workflows.
- Train the team on BIM tech, electrical modeling, and hot industry trends.
- Sync with client BIM teams for crystal-clear communication all project long.
What You Bring
- 2+ years crushing Electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and delivery.
- Advanced Revit skills (Electrical focus) + deep electrical systems knowledge.
- Pro Navisworks experience for clash detection and reviews.
- Hands-on with BIM 360, ACC, NAVISWORKS Bluebeam, and similar tools.
- Proven leadership—mentoring juniors while delivering elite-quality work.
- Nail project timelines and client expectations like a pro.
