We are looking for a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate should have experience in planning and executing effective multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. They understand how to optimize each channel and know how to effectively measure results.

You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive traffic, conversions and ROI. It is important to be passionate about your career and the quality of the work you do.

Working hours: Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 19:00

Main  Responsibilities

• Development, implementation and optimization of cutting-edge digital campaigns from concept to launch;
• Conducting thorough keyword analysis and target audience identification to optimize campaign performance;
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign results, providing specific conclusions and recommendations;
• Developing attractive advertising texts, creative content and landing pages to increase engagement and conversion;
• Using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, tracking UTM tags and other analytical platforms;
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals;
• Effectively manage budgets to maximize ROI and meet customer expectations;
• Preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs and ROI for clients;
• Keep a close eye on best practice updates and cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field;
• Has experience working in a marketing agency for at least 2+ years, successfully leading and executing digital media campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously;
• Has proven experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and other PPC and display advertising platforms;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
• Ability to develop campaigns tailored to individual client markets;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
• A creative approach to developing attractive advertising content;
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired  N  skills

• Google Ads Specialist Certificate;
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization;
• Understanding the basics of SEO.
