Job description
Fairmount Global Freight is looking for dispatchers with experience in LTL (less-than-truckload) transportation to work remotely from home!
Responsibilities:
- Provide fleet of drivers with loads using various load boards (i.e. DAT, Sylectus)
- Communication with drivers to ensure quality delivery from point A to point B
- Driver support, assistance with navigation, and problem-solving
- Work with other dispatchers to improve the quality of service
- Communication with brokers and clients
- Stay informed of and comply with DOT laws and regulations
- Keep precise records of all dispatching activities
Conditions:
- Remote work
- Schedule: 3 PM — 12 AM Kyiv
- Approximate salary: $800 - $2000+
Requirements:
- Experience – minimum 1 year experience in the US market
- A computer with a good speaker and microphone, continuous high-speed Internet
- Communication skills (English, stress resistance, well-delivered speech, friendliness, efficiency)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly
