We are seeking a passionate Sales Manager to collaborate closely with our customers, helping them select the perfect vehicle and supporting them throughout the entire rental journey.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role
  • Have formal training experience in marketing and sales techniques
  • Be familiar or have a deep understanding of luxury customer service
  • Be willing to respond to customer inquiries outside of normal business hours
  • Skilled in providing personalized service to VIP clients
  • Strong proficiency in the English language (B2 level or higher).
  • Fluent Russian language (many of our employees and clients are from CIS countries. We do not bring profit to aggressor countries.)
  • Experience in the car rental sector will be considered a valuable asset.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Work only with hot leads generated by us and not searching for new one
  • Providing tailored consultations to clients regarding vehicle choices
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies
  • Upholding our high service standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Languages:

The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.

Compensation:

The compensation package includes a fixed salary complemented by a performance-based commission.

Positive results and successful contract closures will be rewarded with a percentage-based bonus, ensuring that your efforts and achievements are directly reflected in your earnings.

Work Mode:

The role is primarily remote with a commitment of 180 hours per month.
