Summary:
We are looking for an SMM Manager to develop on social media. The company is seeking an ambitious, creative, and responsible professional who can strengthen the brand’s presence on social media and enhance its value through a marketing strategy.
This role is primarily for someone with strong marketing expertise, capable of building and growing the brand, shaping communication strategies, and bringing them to life. SMM is one of the key tools, but marketing and branding are at the core of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
At least 2 years of experience as an SMM specialist.
Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, basic principles of affiliate marketing, and the work of webmasters.
Experience in creating and implementing SMM strategies for B2B or digital products.
Ability to create an effective content plan that highlights the product’s advantages.
Management of key channels: LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
Content creation for the target audience: webmasters, media buyers, affiliates.
Skills in attracting new subscribers and achieving organic channel growth.
Community development: guides, news, reviews, product updates, case studies.
Communication management with the audience: replies, moderation, and handling questions.
Understanding of tracking principles: traffic, analytics, postbacks (basic level).
Working with social media analytics: Telegram Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite.
Creation of expert content: product materials, market analytics, and useful tips for affiliates.
Conducting competitive analysis.
Requirements:
Analytical thinking and a structured approach.
Ability to work with a professional audience and technical topics.
Skills in working with LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
English level B1.
