 We Are Hiring: Contract Nutritionist (Remote, Ukraine)

American based 5 Minute Gourmet is looking for an experienced Nutritionist to join our team on a contract basis and help shape the future of our ready-meal product line.

What You Will Do

• Create Ingredient Policies and Frozen Meal Nutrition Standards for our products

• Verify recipes, ingredients, and supplier documentation

• Ensure packaging and labels meet FDA/USDA requirements

• Support cost-optimization projects by identifying healthier and more affordable ingredient alternatives

• Collaborate with Marketing to explain product benefits and answer consumer nutrition questions

• Work closely with R&D and manufacturing partners internationally

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, product development, or nutrition compliance

• Knowledge of FDA/USDA labeling regulations (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify nutrition concepts

• English — Upper-Intermediate+

• Comfortable working as a contractor (ФОП) and managing own workload
