We deliver a wide range of high-performance lubricants, including Quartz engine oils, Rubia® heavy-duty lubricants, industrial solutions for metalworking and the food industry (Nevastane), as well as specialty fluids, additives, and bitumen products.
We are currently looking for a qualified and proactive IT & SAP Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT and SAP support between local providers, users, and headquarters.
- Provide Level 1 user support for SAP and IT systems.
- Represent the country’s IT and SAP functions in meetings with HQ and external providers.
- Act as the local IT Security Officer and ensure compliance with audits.
- Support digitalization and dematerialization initiatives.
- Manage SAP-related requests via SNOW tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with local SAP support, Accenture, and end-users.
- Review functional specifications and prepare business requirement documents.
- Facilitate communication between developers, consultants, and users.
- Lead projects related to SAP development (e.g., SAF-T).
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide hands-on user support.
- Assist in testing processes, including defect resolution and transport confirmations.
- Maintain and correct pricing conditions in SAP.
- Support data extraction, conversion, and mapping for audit and sales requests.
- Collaborate with BPO on GL account creation and manage alternative accounts.
- Develop and update end-user training materials and documentation.
- Prepare quarterly PAC (Priority Accounting Controls) files and support monthly closing procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from users and management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Finance or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC and Excel.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
