Tax Lawyer, Attorney at Law

KM Partners (www.wts.ua) is looking for candidates to fill the position of a Tax Lawyer.

Main requirements:

• University degree in Law/Economics;
• 2-3 years of experience as a lawyer;
• experience in the field of tax consulting and/or assistance during tax disputes would be an advantage;
• willingness to develop legal skills with an emphasis on tax law;
• fluent spoken and written English and Ukrainian;
• communication and analytical skills, flexibility, result-oriented, multitasking;
• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties:

• preparation of draft documents within tax consulting and/or support of tax disputes at the stage of administrative and judicial appeal;
• representation of clients’ interests at the stage of administrative and judicial appeal;
• communication and correspondence with clients;
• participation in tax audits and preparation of reports upon their results;
• search, analysis and description of legislative changes, case law on taxation, preparation of newsletters and analytical materials for publications in the media and on Internet resources.
