We strongly need a senior designer to lead the design team’s work to the next level.

We are seeking a Senior graphic designer to join our friendly international team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong visual aesthetic and a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in improving our visual representation materials, either digital use or printout, as well as online representation. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall creative direction of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Design:
* Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including branding, marketing materials, website design, social media graphics, and presentations.
* Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into visually compelling designs.
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Project Management:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
* Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Oversee the production process from concept to final delivery.

Mentorship and Leadership:
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
* Lead design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development of design processes and best practices.

Technical Skills:
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
* Experience with digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
* Knowledge of print production and web design principles.
* Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

Collaboration and Communication:
* Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
* Present design concepts to management.
Staying Current:
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
* Research and analyze competitor designs and market trends.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior role.
* A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and projects.
* Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience in is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience working in a marketing department or agency in the international multilingual environments is a big plus.
* Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
* Experience with 3D design, motion graphics.
