Responsibilities:
- Communication with English-speaking brokers and drivers by phone.
- Making calls and solving problems in the delivery of goods using creative solutions and patience.
- Writing emails, conducting investigations and writing reports, having meetings
- CRM system control.
- Processing and control of cargo documentation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
- Ability to work under stress and effectively multitask
- Analytical flexible thinking.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Striving for continuous improvement and the ability to take responsibility for one’s own results
- Desire for continuous development and professional growth
