Account Manager

We create quality projects for clients in the US, Europe, the UK, and Canada, especially Healthcare, Real Estate та E-commerce projects.

Currently, our team consists of more than 60+ skilled experts, and we are constantly growing.

Now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to expand our team and focus on building strong client relationships with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

For a perfect match, we expect  

•  1+ years of experience as an Account Manager in an IT outsourcing company.

• English B2+

• Experience working with US/European clients

• Experience in contract management, pricing, and invoicing

• Understanding of web development, SEO, and UI/UX design processes

• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Asana, or similar)

• Project management and team coordination skills

• High level of responsibility and organizational skills

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (startups and SMBs).

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery teams.

• Negotiate contracts, increase rates, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and ensure customer retention.

• Participate in client meetings, provide project updates, and proactively resolve issues.

• Identify client needs and drive Upsell/Cross-sell opportunities.

• Prepare invoices, track payments, and analyze financial performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction to strengthen long-term partnerships and improve service delivery.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
