Purpose & Impact

Help shape the future of a smoke-free world by turning great consumer experiences into lasting relationships. As Consumer Loyalty & Growth Lead, you’ll design and execute retention strategies and loyalty programs that delight adult consumers across retail, digital, call centers, and partner channels—elevating IQOS from a product to a trusted ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design & Evolve Loyalty Programs: Own initiatives like IQOS 360, Extended Warranty, and new loyalty concepts to keep users engaged and excited.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Track key retention metrics (churn, NPS, engagement) and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Know the Consumer: Segment audiences, map pain points, and create propositions that deliver real value.
  • Scan the Horizon: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tech to stay ahead.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with digital, retail, CX, data, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Report & Influence: Present clear performance updates and advocate for experiments that drive loyalty and growth.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, customer success, or retention (consumer tech or FMCG a plus).
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable diving into data, extracting insights, and making decisions quickly.
  • Proficiency with modern tools and dashboards (Excel/PowerPoint are fine; experience with CRM or BI tools is a bonus).
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.
  • Previous exposure to loyalty or retention programs is a big plus.
