Supervisor Regional Warehousing

Philip Morris Sales & Distribution is looking for a Supervisor Regional Warehousing.
 
 Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the work of regional warehouses of finished goods and other goods, arranging acceptance, placement, storage and shipment of products.
• Organize and supervise daily/quarterly inventory of goods.
• Ensure maximum efficient workload, the use of available warehouse and adjacent territory, equipment, alarm systems and other devices.
• Make proposals concerning optimization of warehousing, involving internal resources and external suppliers and partners.
• Prepare annual and long-term budget for regional sales base, including operating costs for warehouses (rent, electricity, etc.) and transport costs.
• Ensure efficient customer service in the region, satisfying all their business needs and commercial purposes.
• Set goals, monitor and regularly check compliance of all immediate subordinates with approved official and personal tasks.

Needed skills and abilities:

• Higher education is a mandatory requirement, preferably technical, economic, or in the field of logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution (international companies preferred). In a specific field: experience in a managerial position.
• Confident computer skills — MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). additional advantage — knowledge of SAP.
• English — intermediate level
• Driver's license: B
