HoReCa Marketing Execution Lead

You can be successful in this role if:

• You contribute to the development and ensure the full execution of the Channel Marketing strategy and Business Plan for HoReCa Channel;
• You create and implement operational plans for HoReCa Channel in alignment with the annual Business Plan;
• You develop and execute activations for HoReCa Channel, ensuring the Channel activity calendar is effectively implemented;
• You collaborate with the portfolio development and sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of brand plans in HoReCa Channel;
• You manage business cases for HoReCa Channel, prioritizing Return on Investment, leadership growth potential, and customer centricity;
• You coordinate the development of the annual Picture of Success, defining the portfolio together with the Customer Value Growth Manager, overseeing Zoning, and managing activation tools such as POP and equipment, while integrating Pricing and OBPPC (occasions, brand, package, price, channel) strategies with the RGM team. Additionally, you collaborate with the RED and Commercial Capability teams to cascade and guide execution within the sales teams;
• You plan and implement comprehensive communication strategies for the wider Commercial team regarding HoReCa Channel programs;
• You continuously refine and enhance marketing processes and systems in HoReCa Channel to improve efficiency and agility;
• You ensure the Sales team is equipped with POSM and POP materials for HoReCa Channel in accordance with the annual plan and specific Brand or Channel programs;
• You identify new activation opportunities for HoReCa Channel and implement industry best practices to maximize effectiveness.

Our new team member needs to:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or similar roles within large, multi-channel organizations;
• Be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory);
• Possess strong communication skills;
• Quickly understand customer needs;
• Hold a valid category B driver’s license for at least 2 years (mechanical transmission);
• Have an intermediate level of English or higher;
• Be a fast learner, result-oriented, agile, and curious.

We will create an effective onboarding plan tailored to your role, outlining key protocols, responsibilities, and introductions to key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into your new position.

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta. Also as an option, you can work in several sales branches of the company in Kyiv.
