• Managed a diverse portfolio of procurements requests in a timely manner to support activities in coordination with the technical teams.
• Effectively and actively delegated tasks to Procurement specialists and Procurement Assistants in managing their direct reports’ workloads with an eye toward skill development and equality.
• Managed client and grantee/stakeholder communications on procurement-related issues as required.
• Developed and submited weekly and quarterly reports on procurement activities within the SIF portfolio. Provided input to annual work plans, MEL plans and activities.
• Lead, facilitated procurement, including commodities and services, events, etc. Developed and approved SOWs that had to be included to requests for quotations (RFQs) or requests for proposals (RFPs) and facilitated solicitations.
• Coordinated evaluation committees to assess offers, conducted screenings (VC checks), agreed the proposed analogues with the grantees, collected evaluation results, drafted Comparative Evaluation Summaries and liaised with the selected vendors to finalize and execute the resulting POs.
• Routinely undertook price/cost reasonability analysis. Undertook market data research and fed in this information in procurement trackers.
• Facilitated post-award management of purchase orders/subcontracts. Followed up procurement activities and delivery status of goods and services. Ensured timeliness and inspection of commodities, and reviewed/facilitated acceptance of services by program teams.
• Maintained electronic procurement records & files in required systems (SharePoint and Web-Based Database) and ensured they included all necessary documentation per procurement checklists.
• Facilitated learning within the procurement team on procurement protocols and advised partners, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance at all stages of the procurement cycle. Ensured adherence with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and USAID requirements.

• Organized the purchase of goods for humanitarian aid to territories affected by hostilities, as well as to recreation centers for people who evacuated from dangerous territories.
• Worked with the category of electrical goods and filtering equipment for urgent recovery of enterprises affected by shelling: analyzed the needs of customers, organized and supported tender procedures or collection of commercial offers, caried out life cycle management of work with the suppliers.

- Conducted foreign trade agreements, specifications according to requirements of Low of Ukraine on public procurements, company policy and results of tender procedures;

- Contributed to the fastest and highest quality execution of concluded contracts (procurement of works and services, chemicals, materials, equipment, pipes, spare parts, etc.) - full support: from the signing of the contract to the end of the warranty period of the delivered goods, or the signing of the act of completed works/services, if these were works/services.

- Developed and approved a unified procedure for receiving goods into warehouses, which was then implemented at all the company's subsidiaries.

- Participated in tender procurement procedures by providing consultations to the technical team, as well as to the organizers of tender procedures regarding logistics, rules of foreign economic activity;

- By an analysis of previous periods and a plan for future purchases planned related to import services procurements and prepared a complete packages of technical documentation for the procurement organization department to conduct tender procedures.

- Provided technical conclusions on compliance of the submitted proposals with SOW.

- Monitored timely payments to suppliers, formulated a budget plans and prepared documents for payments;

- Supported the full cycle of goods clearance procedures, including consultations with customs brokers, preparation of all necessary documents, obtaining necessary permits, certifications, preparation of explanations for customs authorities, etc.

- Participated in the preparation of documentation for court issues, provided explanations under open proceedings required by the court.

- Organized work of procurement specialists at the affiliates.

- Organized import of active and intermediate substances for the manufacturing of medical products, packaging materials;

- Determined the optimal and most beneficial purchase conditions for the company in terms of cost, the fastest possible delivery time, Incoterms and negotiated with foreign suppliers (Europe, Asia) for further conclusion of contracts;

- Participated in international exhibitions in order to find new alternative manufacturers and suppliers;

- Obtained permits from the state authorities;

- Provided the logistic flow, preparated the documentation for import, approved export documentation.

- Preparated documents for customs agents;

- Cooperated with transport companies, including development of the most reliable, cheap and fast routes, support of the loading process, development of transit documents, customs border crossing, unloading;

- Worked on reclamations with suppliers.
