Role Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer (also open to final-year technical students) to help build and evolve server-side components for telecom/IoT platforms. You’ll work with Java and modern frameworks, contribute to new features, and learn from experienced engineers on international projects.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain server-side services in Java (Java EE/Jakarta EE: Servlets, EJB, JMS).
Contribute to the design and implementation of new platform features.
Work with network protocols (TCP/UDP) for low-latency, real-time communication.
Debug, profile, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver production-quality releases.
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to automated tests.
What We’re Looking For:
Foundational knowledge of Java SE/EE (coursework, internship, or pet projects).
Familiarity with Enterprise Java concepts (Servlets, EJB, JMS, Jakarta EE).
Understanding of computer networks (focus on TCP/UDP).
Basic experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Understanding of REST APIs and socket programming.
Version control (Git) basics.
English at least Intermediate (documentation and written communication).
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of message brokers and asynchronous processing.
Experience with Linux basics, containers, or cloud services.
