Graphic Designer for tendering services

What You’ll Do

• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Manage execution from concept to final output.

• Communicate with internal clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.

Create Design That Wins

• Develop visually striking content based on clear technical briefs.

• Build creative concepts for tender materials that help BDO stand out in competitive bidding processes.

• Produce polished media designs and layouts that meet top-tier professional and aesthetic standards.

• Ensure all materials follow the BDO visual identity and elevate it through innovation.

• Search for ideas, craft logos, visuals, layouts, and motion elements using:

  • PowerPoint

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • MS Word

  • Adobe InDesign

  • After Effects

• Apply color, typography, and visual structure thoughtfully across a range of digital and print materials.

• Adapt and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design.

• 2+ years of experience in creative design — ideally in consulting, marketing, or professional services.

• Strong skills in editorial design, prepress preparation, and digital formats.

• Confident in presenting your work and explaining the rationale behind design choices.

• Fluent English (B2–C1) — both written and spoken.

• Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly with a dynamic team.

• Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful in managing multiple projects at once.

Your Tools

• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Basic skills in After Effects — a strong plus.
