We are looking for a Office Operation Manager manager


What you’ll be doing:

  • Personal support for C-level executives: handling personal tasks, coordinating projects, assisting in planning and organizing daily schedules.

  • Office administration in Warsaw: managing supplies and purchases, liaising with vendors, organizing deliveries, and monitoring office expenses.

  • Business travel organization: booking tickets and accommodation, handling logistics, and supporting participation in conferences.

  • HR team support: organizing team-building activities, coordinating company merchandise and gifts for employees and partners.

  • Remote support for the Kyiv office: overseeing internal processes that can be managed remotely.

It’s a match if you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.

  • Hands-on experience in travel arrangements, supplier and contractor coordination.

  • A high level of responsibility and strong communication skills.

  • Conversational Polish (for daily communication with vendors).

  • Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets (budgets, tables, reporting).

  • Residence in Warsaw.
