- Communicate with US-based clients and drivers via phone & email.
- Control over the shipping process.
- Timely provision of feedback for the client.
- Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues.
- CRM system control.

- English level from B2.
- Eagerness to learn & grow in global logistics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
